By making the booking request, you accept the terms and conditions described below, and all those that will be informed by mail.

1. Rates are subject to local taxes and sales taxes. The indicated rates are without expenses, these are at your expense. Atention, parking are not includ, if you wanted ask to the agency.

2. The cleaning fee is indicative, this will be indicated in the contract and may be applicable in case the apartment is not returned own.

3. A one month deposit is required to confirm your reservation and secure accommodation. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. The minimum and mandatory stay will be from 12/01/2023 to 04/15/2024 (both dates included), equivalent to 4 months and 1/2.

5. A deposit of two months will be requested, and cannot be used as a monthly payment.

6. For the delivery you will have to pay the insurance (€ 100.00) and the agency charges (request the mount by mail), without forgetting the deposit.

7. Pets are not allowed in our apartments, ask us to know to consult the possibility.

8. The delivery of the apartment will be done on the agreed day and time. In case of delay, our office will not ensure the possibility of delivery. It is important to send all the documentation requested before the day of delivery.

9. Once the apartment is confirmed, it cannot be exchanged.

12. Please note that:

* No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused days of your stay.

* The deposit cannot be refunded on the day of departure.
